Cozy Christmas Cocktail
“It hits you in stages. First on the nose with the grapefruit, then on the lips with the Campari and then in the back of your mouth with the cinnamon. It’s so well balanced.”

Good company!
Ingredients:
1 part cinnamon-infused gin
1 part Campari
1 part rosso vermouth (don't be cheap on this one).
Good quality ice cubes (for making and serving)
Grapefruit, for garnish
Directions:
There are 3 tricks to this drink - stir it, don't shake it. Use Grapefruit not orange. Infuse cinnamon.
Start by infusing your gin with cinnamon. Simply add a few cinnamon sticks to your gin and let it soak for a few hours. This will give your Negroni a warm, spicy note that's perfect for the holiday season!
In a mixing glass or jigger, combine the gin, Campari, and vermouth, with your ice cubes. Feel free to throw a slice of grapefruit in there too.
Stir the mixture over the ice until very well chilled. This method ensures a smooth, well-blended cocktail without diluting the flavours too much.
Strain the mixture into a chilled glass. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit instead of the traditional orange. The grapefruit adds a refreshing, slightly bitter twist that complements the cinnamon-infused gin beautifully.
