Cream Corn Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 1 (8.5oz) package of dry cornbread mix

  • 1 (15oz) can, whole kernel corn, drained

  • 1 (14.75oz) can, creamed corn

  • 1 cup sour cream


Directions:

  1. Preheat over to 350F (175C) and lightly grease 9x9 baking dish

  2. In medium bowl, combine butter, eggs, cornbread mix and gradually add in whole and creamed corn and the sour cream

  3. Spoon mixture ito prepared baking dish

  4. Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated over (or until the top is golden brown), this is best done on the bottom rack in the oven

  5. Cool for 10 minutes and serve
