Yield: 1 dozen

Ingredients:

For the cookie dough layer:

  • 1 stick butter, softened

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 cups flour

  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

For the s’mores layer:

  • 3-4 chocolate bars

  • 1 box graham crackers

  • 1 bag jumbo marshmallows


Instructions:

  1. To make the cookie dough, start by creaming together the butter and brown sugar in a large bowl.

  2. Whisk in the egg and vanilla, then sift in the flour and baking soda. Mix until fully combined.

  3. Fold in the chocolate chips, then set the cookie dough aside.

  4. On a lined baking tray, layer graham crackers with chocolate and marshmallows.

  5. Cover completely with a scoop (about 1/4 cup) of the cookie dough.

  6. Bake in the oven at 375°F for about 15 minutes, or until the cookie dough appears dry and the marshmallow has toasted.

  7. Serve and enjoy!
