Finding new food plating techniques to elevate my culinary game, discovering the right places to visit in Portugal and Spain, the return of “The Bear”, and finding my next TV series obsession (suggestions still welcome!)

 

Ingredients:

  • 4 1/2 cups whole milk

  • 1/2 cup plain oats

  • 1/2 cup white sugar

  • 1 - 2 cinnamon sprigs and additional for garnishing


Directions:

  1. Boil together for 10min stirring constantly.

  2. Strain and set oats to the side.

  3. Serve hot in a mug with a cinnamon sprig for garnish (optional), or sprinkle ground cinnamon for effect (also optional)

  4. For the oats, you can throw away or eat for breakfast!
