Buffalo Chicken Dip
“Sharing my most requested recipe. I started making Buff Chick Dip in college and everyone would request it for every gathering. It is not so much just a holiday recipe but we do bring it to Thanksgiving and always Friendsgiving!”

Watching Football (Tailgate or on TV) & Hanging with Friends! On Thanksgiving the Buff Chick Dip is the appetizer while we watch football before the meal!
What were some of your 2024 obsessions?
“Slow Horses”, Menendez Brothers (went down a deep hole after watching Netflix show), “Nobody Wants This”, “Bad Sisters” returning, “Wicked” (seeing it this week), “Yellowstone” being back.
Ingredients:
2 cups shredded COOKED chicken
1 package (8oz) cream cheese softened (important for this to be softened)
1/2 cup - 1 cup Frank's Red Hot Original (based on your tolerance level)
1/2 cup ranch dressing OR blue cheese dressing (your preference, sometimes I even do ranch seasoning, and use blue cheese dressing)
1/2 blue cheese crumbles
Optional (But necessary in my opinion) - salt, pepper, garlic powder
Handful or two (measure with your heart) of Cheddar Jack / Monterey Jack or your favorite shredded cheese
Optional green onions for topping
Directions:
Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Use a shallow 1 quart baking dish
Add in chicken, season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder (or other spices of choice/ranch seasoning)
Add in Frank's Red Hot, Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing, Blue Cheese Crumbles and combine
Add in softened cream cheese
Combine all ingredients and spread in even layer in baking dish
Optional: Top with shredded cheese of choice
Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until cheese on top is bubbled and lightly browned
Optional: Top with green onions
Serve with chips, crackers, celery or carrot sticks
