Ingredients:
1 cup Flour
3 T. flour ( For the Sauce)
1 cup quick-cooking oats
¾ cup packed brown sugar
12 T. (1 ½ sticks) butter melted
½ t salt
½ t baking soda
6 ounces chocolate chips
¾ cup butterscotch topping (Or Carmel) * Buy 12.25oz jar I use the whole jar
Directions:
Preheat over to 350 degrees.
Mix together 1 cup of the flour, the oats, sugar, butter, salt and baking soda.
Pat half of this mixture into a 9 x 12 baking pan.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Mix the butterscotch and remaining 3 T of flour and warm slightly.
Drizzle over the chocolate chips. Cover with the remaining oat/sugar mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Cool and cut into bars.
