Sweet Potato Casserole

My 2024 obsessions were F1 Racing, “Big Brother”, tennis, and the Paris Olympics of course.
Put the following ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat on low speed until combined.
4 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1 & 3/4 cups sugar
4 eggs beaten
1 tsp salt
1 tsp butter
1 cup whole milk
1 & 1/2 tsp vanilla
Then, pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 glass casserole pan.
Next, combine the following ingredients in a bowl and spread on top of the mixture in the casserole pan.
1/2 cup self rising flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 & 3/4 cup chopped pecans
1/2 stick melted butter
Bake uncovered in oven at 350 for 30/45 min
