Kimchi Yogurt Dip

Ingredients:
3 garlic cloves (sliced thin)
1c greek yogurt
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil/toasted sesame oil
3/4c kimchi
2 scallions
chili crisp to taste
Directions:
Fry the garlic in neutral oil until just golden brown.
Finely chop some of the scallion greens to reserve as garnish. Roughly chop the rest of the greens & whites .
Add the scallion greens/whites, half of the garlic chips, greek yogurt, soy sauce, sesame oil, and kimchi to a food processor or blender with a pinch of salt and pepper. Blend until your desired consistency (I prefer medium smooth).
Transfer to serving bowl. Garnish with garlic chips, scallions, and dollops of chili crisp.
Serve with chips, veggies, whatever you like!
