Taco Dip

“We are a classy family obsessed with fancy, complicated, immaculately plated dishes and yet, taco dip is a family staple that will never die. It has been in the family for three generations and is always the dish with zero leftovers.”

What pairs best with this recipe?

Regular appearances at Thanksgiving and Christmas pre-dinner during the football games. Was also taken to an outdoor Vikings tailgate in -15 degrees found on Reddit on New Years Eve that is still regarded as one of our best family experiences full stop.

  • 1 pound cooked ground beef

  • 1 pound shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 can kidney beans

  • 1 1/2 cups ketchup

  • 1 jar of salad olives (green with pimentos)

Add everything to a crock pot and heat until cheese is melted. Serve with chips or veg.

*Works great with vegan cheese and vegan beef crumbles
